    Hello Pushpa Kumari,

Seems like FIPS is enabled on EEM, can you please disable and then re-run the installer?

You may refer below thread on the same topic

    Hello Pushpa,

    http://<soi ui server hostname>:7070/sam/ui

    Use the fullqualified hostname

    Hi Pushpa,

the important thing is to use 7070 as port, e.g.  name:7070.  Not as part of the hostname (as it looks like in your string).

Then also localhost:7070 should work if you are directly on the SOI UI server - unless there is a problem with the service not working.

Did you restart the SOI UI process following the change in EEM, which most probable required a restart of the EEM services?
