  • 1.  SOI 4.0 - Could not retrieve alerts from event policy

    Hello Guys,

     

    I have integrated UIM 3.7 and CA SOI 4.0. The connector and SOI server installed on a separated server. UIM Alerts is successfully forwarded to SOI but I could not retrieve it from Event Policy.

     

     

    I have restarted Catalyst Connector service, SAM Integration Service and all of SOI services but it still does not work.

    Do you have any advice for me?

    Hello Okik, can you please raise a support case for it. Please add the SOI manager version and patchlevel to the case.

    We will pick it up immediately and work with you towards the solution.

    This problem has been fixed by increasing Return Value count from 25k to 125k in \SOI\tomcat\lib\eventManagerClientConfig.xml
