Event Store Archive process holds alarm processing

Hi,

 

During archive process, Event Mid-tier connector is not displaying alerts on SOI console. Post the archive process, the alerts are displayed. This process takes around 90 mins, so the alerts are delayed by 90 mins during this time.

 

If i restart the mid-tier connector during the archive process, all the upcoming alerts are displayed, and the alerts received between archive process start and mid tier restart are not at all displayed.

 

Did any one faced this issue, let me know how to resolve this permanently.
