    Hello Everyone,

     

    I just want to know about Queue monitor for Alarm Escalation Service in the SOI 4.0.2

    What is Alarm Escalation Service?

    What is the impact if queue for Alarm Escalation Service reach 5k?

     

    I've restarted SOI Services but the queue still increase. Please see below picture:

     

    Does anyone have experience about this? Appreciated for anything helps.

    Hi Okik,

     

    The Alarm Escalation Service shows escalation actions.

    Your screen shot show that those escalation actions are stuck.

    Please open a ticket so that we can troubleshoot to find out why those actions are stuck.
