  • 1.  How to clear snmp trap queue?

    Hello Guys,

     

    I've integrated CA SOI - CA UIM using SNMP Connector. Currently, SOI received burst alarms from CA UIM in SNMP Traps and it has impacted to delay SOI Alarms. Is there another way to clear snmp trap queuing are being sent from UIM to SOI or SNMP Connector?

    I've tried to restart snmpgtw probes, restart SOI Services, restart SAM Integration Services but still does not work.

     

    Appreciate for anything helps.

    Hello Okik, unfortunately there is no option in the current product version to do this. The only way to cleanup the job queues is a restart of the SOI Manager. Please see also the enhancement idea we have created for such situations. You may add your comment to have an option to clean from the job queues in such a case to it.
