I want to know is that the procedure is sufficient for the backup of the services, and if it can be scheduled.
The procedure contains a step to backup the SAMStore DB which contains the services.

The WSSAServiceCmd can also be used to export/backup services.

There is no inbuilt scheduler in SOI.
Tasks/Scripts could be created to execute the other backup steps and scheduledusing the Windows Task manager or an automation tool .
