    Hello Everyone,

     

    Does anyone facing issue with blank SOI Console?

     

    I have cleared Java Console cached, browser cached, try to upgrade to jre 1.7/1.8 but still not working. I have also restarted the SOI Services and SOI Server but the result was the same. Is there any alternative that we can do?

    This is SOI 3.2 and the problem appears to be with Java Certificate expiry. Suggested customer to upgrade this version to either 3.3 or 4.0 and then install Java Certificate Expiry patch
