CA SOI Error

When I see the consolidated error log, I get the following message:

 

ERROR [Source=, Thread=com.ca.eventplus.catalog.plugin.Classifier:Classify] plugin.AbstractPlugin - Classifer.DoWork:Item is not understood by transformation engine, and will be discarded.

Hi Carlos,

To find out the root cause of this error we need to analyze the logs. Just by looking at the error we can say the eirtransformation engine is discarding the data when trying to read it. You'll be better off opening a CA support case on this to find out what is causing this error.
