SOIv4.0 SP2 soitoolbox cleanHistoryData fails

Hello, so upgraded to SOI4.0 SP2 + Jan2017 Patches, in lab and I tried running 

 

D:\APPS\CA\SOI\Tools>soitoolbox.exe -x --cleanHistoryData 60

 

Yet it fails after doing the check with:

 

-> Deleting History data older than 60 days from database... ERROR: SOI instance has no attribute 'serviceStatus'

 

Is this known?

Hello Daniel, we have a case already open for the same problem. Sustaining Engineering is engaged. You may consider to raise a case as well. The manual history cleanup should be working fine.

I noticed that it only fails when you iexecute the command from a dead state. SOI has to be running before the command is executed for it to work, you'll still be prompted to stop SOI though.

Ah ok... that is the issue. This should detect that and not cause this. I'm not going to be starting this up in between each clean up command. I'll open a support case as well. Thanks.

Thanks for the information on how to reproduce this problem (i.e., the SOI services must be stopped).  We have a fix for this issue and it is currently planned to be in the next defect pack.
