  • 1.  Force remove Spectrum Connector

    Hello All,

     

    Is there any way to forcefully remove the SOI connector from the Administration tab?  This is a spectrum connector and the spectrum server where the connector is installed dosent exist.

    When I click on remove connector from the Administration tab it accepts the request but the connector does not get removed from console . It keeps showing up as offline 

     

    Anyway to force remove it ? Please advice

    Hi Phani,

     

    You may try removing this connector once again from the dashboard. If it is not getting removed, you can remove this connector entry from 'ConnectorConfiguration' table on SAMStore DB.

     

    Note: You may check in 'CI, CIStaging, Alerts' etc tables with this ConnectorID, if any records found delete them first then remove this entry from ConnectorConfiguration table.

    Thanks, I see it disappeared from the console today. May be it just took time to be removed
