No SOI services loaded on CABI JasperReports IU

Hi Folks!

 

I'm trying to setup CABI JasperReports for use with SOI.

 

The aim is to go from this...

... to having a list of the available services loaded on SOI appear in this list.

 

Here is a screenshot of the services that's used to generate reports on our Production SOI

what happens if you start typing in the field "Search list..." or type a name of a Service there and then press the search icon?

Which user do you use for Reporting?

Can you run other reports seeing a list of Services?

I just tried to run a Service Summary report and still get the same empty list

I am using 'xuser' and the user has these roles assigned to it.

Is  xuser defined in SOI to have access to the Services you want to run reports with?

I just verified on my system:

The list of Services does not get populated when you use a user in JasperReports that is not defined in SOI (for example superuser cannot be used to run reports - same as the BOXI Administrator before).

Make sure you are using a user that has access defined in SOI when you want to run reports.
