  • 1.  CA eHealth DA data validation

    Hi Guys

I have been trying to to pull data from my eHealth data sources but I keep getting staging failed for the time range specified and then it results in staging load failing.

My question is if there is way you can validate if there is data on that particular server for that particular date. Can I run an ehealth report to see if there is data in that particular source.

How far in the past are you trying to pull data?

How many servers are you selecting to pull data from?

Did you know that the eHealth SQL queries are available in clear text within the XML data adapter?

    - This means you can pull the SQL code into SQL Developer and run the query against the eHealth instance to see what data is returned.

    Hey David,

Try these steps in eHealth to get a report of the data that we are looking for on that system:

    •   The eHealth ‘Trend’ reports are used to create CSV files for the physical servers:

    •   Click the ‘Run Reports’ tab and select the ‘Trend’ and ‘Standard’ option.

    •   Select the element type of System and select a server from the element list.

    •   Select the following ‘Variables’ using CTRL click to select multiple

    •   Physical Memory Used

    •   Physical Memory Utilization

    •   Total Bytes

    •   Total CPU Utilization

    •   Total Physical Memory

    •   Select the ‘Tabular Chart’ option and choose a time range of ‘Previous 3 Months’ and Run the report. The report will complete and then choose the ASCII button on the top right to save the report as a CSV file
