event based propagation impact

    Hi,

     

    Is it possible in SOI if we want to have a CI that propagate it's impact for specific type of event?

    For example a Switch CI, it has many types of event, like CPU util, Bandwidth Util, Interface status, etc. If switch A in a service has a critical event of Interface (interface down), but actually the interface doesn't have any relation to that service, can we exclude that critical event, so it won't propagate the impact to the service?
