    We’re currently doing a small project to help integrate customer's SOI to new HP ticketing system (HPSM version 9). They currently have an integration from SOI to HPSM v4 to automatically create the tickets.

    Customer has almost 300 actions for HPSM ticket creation. For this new HPSM 9 integration, they would need to add additional 6 parameters (for every action) and change 1 existing parameters (ticket type) to incident.

    Is there an automated way or DB script that can be developed to update all actions? Or they need to it via the GUI which is tedious?
