Windows 2008 is coming to the end of support in Jan 2020, while CA EI's OS compatibility ends with this OS version. Our SOI EI's are standalones and are using Windows 2008. As a result we are looking to upgrade to windows 2012/2016?
What is the solution being provided to us the customers who are in this situation?
Can we get EI compatible on these newer OS versions, how soon can it get done ?
