Custom Field with Dynamic Values

Is it possible to create a dropdown list custom field whose values are dynamic and set based on the value selected by another custom field.

For example:
Custom Field 1 - Values = 1,2,3,4,5
Custom Field 2 - Values if Custom Field 1 = 1; A, B, C
Custom Field 2 - Values if Custom Field 2 = 1; D, E, F

Hi Stephen,

We don't have dynamic field support.  That sounds like an awesome idea though.  Have you checked the ideas page to see if that's been suggested?

David - Thanks for the quick response. I checked in Ideas and didn't find it there so I submitted it as suggested.
