  • 1.  Stopped receiving emails from watched stories

    I watch all the stories in one project. I've done this for months. Sometime on Monday, I stopped receiving emails for changes in stories.
    I DO receive emails if someone tags me in Discussions, but that is the only case.

    I tried to open a case but I don't see an option to open a case in the Broadcom Support page.
    I tried calling support but I am not sure the support person got my contact information correctly because I haven't received any emails regarding the case.

    Hi Tim,

    We had an issue last week but it should be resolved now.  Are you getting these now?

    Yes, they started coming in Friday late afternoon.

    Can you help with the issue I am having being able to open a case? Seems like my account is not enabled to open cases or for some reason I can't find where you open a case.

    Actually never mind. I just checked and that seems to have been fixed as well now.
