Teams Board page error

​I happen to have error on teams board page in Rally for almost a week now. Tried all the options
log out/login
incognito login
different browser

No luck, any help around this? I tried to log a case but the support page prompts for login repeatedly even after successful logon.

There seems to be an error in the URL you are using. There is an extra 'u' in there between the number string and the last letter 'd'. I think it should be: 

https://rally1.rallydev.com/#/57415713956d/teamboard

Can you take that out and try it again?

Actually, strangely, mine works with that 'u' in there. I wonder what that is for....

The 'u' in the URL means Ganesh has Parent Projects selected (looking up), the 'd' means Child Projects is selected (looking down).

This sounds like a corrupt preference, which we've been seeing a lot of lately.  Open a support ticket and the support team will give you a link to the Preference Deleter app, the name of the preference causing this issue and instructions for correcting it.
