If someone adds a US but you don't know the title or owner or iteration, what is the best way to find it?

I use a custom page with the "Custom list" app set to show all user stories. Then I sort descending on the US# column (so that it shows the most recently created at the top). Add filtering for anything you need, such as "created by" in this case, and you should be able to find what you need quickly.
