In the lead up to releasing this new UI, we can enable the UI on for certain users. To see if you qualify for this, it would be best to reach out to your Rally technical contact. If you are one of our major accounts, you will have a Rally Sales Engineer assigned to your account. If not, then the best route would be to contact the Rally support team through the website.
This means that you do not have to have a sandbox created, you can just create another user and ask the UI to be enable for that one. You can then keep your original login on the previous UI.
