  • 1.  Can't submit a support ticket

    1. I'm not able to delete a Flow State from my Team Board. I get the error message, "Whoops! We hit a snag."
    2. I click the help button, so I can submit a support ticket.  It tells me to login, which I do and then I click to submit a ticket and it asks me to login again, and the process just keeps repeating with no way to actually submit a ticket.
    3. I then try calling the toll free number listed and go through the automates system to be put on hold.  No message on how long my wait time is expected, but after waiting for 30min I decide to try and post something in the communities to see if I can get some help.
    Something is terribly broken in your process.

    Hi Scott,

    Can you private message me your email address?  (Click my name on this message, then click the ellipsis and choose Send Message) I'll see what I can do to get the ball rolling on getting your support account fixed up.

    In the meantime, are you still getting "the yeti" when deleting a flow state?
