Move data out of one rally instance and into other instance of rally

A client wants to move their data out of their rally instance and into our instance of rally.  We have many user stories,task,defects  and lot's of children, tasks, defects etc already.   Can we export the whole project out of their version of Rally and get it into our Rally instance. 

Both having same instance and version i.e. Saas Offering 
Both are having different subscriptions. Just that we need their data into our subscription by some import and export options.

As a 50,000 ft view, we do have methods to break out workspaces into another subscription (instance) and to merge two subscriptions into a single subscription.

The process should begin with your account team as there will be changes to seat counts and paperwork that needs to be signed.  After that is all completed a support case would be opened and we would begin working with you on moving the data.
