Issue with Work Views

Hello Team,

I am having issues recently with work views. For each month,i create a view that contains releases and their assigned stories and defects. When I created this particular OCT view, it was fine. Today, I am trying to access it and getting this error (Could not read: Could not read Release 269914962100 for use in a query).

There is no release named '269914962100' . How do I troubleshoot this (i'm a sub-admin)?

Hi Ayush,

That looks like an object ID, so I searched our logs for it and it looks like there was a delete request made on the 3rd of October.  I don't have any way to tell you which release it is, but you may need to validate the releases you're querying for against the list of releases displayed in your timeboxes
