Where can I get a Rally ALM connector

I'm looking for the Rally to ALM 12.5 Connector.

1. Tried to download, but not able to download from the Broadcom site as the link gives a 404 page.
2. I tried to create a support ticket, not able to create on the Broadcom Support site as I get the following errors: Please select valid Product from Dropdown!! & Please select valid Release from Dropdown!!
3. There's is also another reference ALM which is the OpsHub interface, with no info on how to download or access it.

Any suggestions on how to sync Rally to ALM?  Our ALM version is 12.5.


Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Sam,

Sorry for the late reply on this; we're just getting caught up from Thanksgiving.  Since the HP ALM connector is our only connector that needs to have a subscription flag enabled, we do require that everyone open a support case to have it provided so we can check eligibility.

Since you ran into some difficulty opening a support case I'll get one going for you

Thanks David. That's how I did it under CA.

 

I'm now able to access support and downloaded the connector.
