A list of your currently watched items can be found by going to "My Settings" and choosing "Watches." The Watches page gives you the ID, Name, Project, State, and number of watchers for each work item you are actively watching.
I cannot say for sure that this is the only way there is to get this information, but it is the only way I am aware of at this time.

Is there a way to view the items I'm currently 'watching' in a custom list or other view?
I want to be able to view the status and other details of a set of things I currently care about (watched items), rather than waiting for event-triggered notifications. This could be either a filter option on lists like Portfolio Items or in Work Views, or a query inside a custom list. I looked in the API and didn't see anything referencing watches. Does anyone have any ideas?
