can no longer indent paragraphs in a user story Detail

When creating the details of a user story (Details tab), the options for increasing/decreasing paragraph indents are greyed out unless the paragraphs are a numbered or bulleted list. In previous versions I could indent paragraphs, which helped with readability.

Why was this functionality removed?

Thanks for reporting this issue, and you're right! I was able to reproduce this and would say that it's something we need to get fixed! I'll get a case created for you and link it to the defect so you're notified once it's fixed and released!

The ability to Centre- and Right-Justify text was also dropped from the new Editor.

I gritted my teeth and assumed that all of these things had been deemed necessary rationalisations.  If that wasn't how it went, they might be worth reconsidering too.
