  • 1.  Is there way to change feature for a bunch of user stories at once?

I can do a multi-edit on User Stories, but the Feature column can't be edited.  Is there a way to move a bunch to a new feature at once?  If I do it from the feature side, I can kinda do it, if I use choose, but the search so limited, only shows the first 25 matches and would have to search over and over for different matches.

    thanks

Hi John, are you using the Plan > User Stories page?  I really recommend you use Work Views instead, where bulk edits are a lot easier.   https://docs.ca.com/en-us/ca-agile-central/saas/work-views

@John Holland  You should be making a change to the parent field.

Thanks Sheri.  On the User Stories page, Parent isn't a column you can add, so can't multi-edit.  However, on the Portfolio Items page, can select multiple stories, then bulk change parent there.  i noticed that last week and passed it by because i only saw other user stories in the list.  Well, turns out I had it reversed sorted on ID, and my features weren't displayed, well, they were, just at the bottom.

Ooooh, yeah, the user story page is ancient!  You should use Work Views like Pat mentioned.  In our subscription, we actually created a User Story view that looks just like this old User Story View.  Then you can do a bulk update for the parent field.  Makes life so much easier!  Happy to hear you found a way!
