Moving Project and associated artifacts to different workspace

We need to move a Project and associated artifacts from workspace A to workspace B. From all the research from Rally forums, it looks like there is no easy way to do this. I will need to extract the Project, then Release, iteration, portfolio items, user stories, tasks, etc.. and then create it with it's new parent association.

Can someone guide me to the various hierarchical steps that will need to be involved to accomplish this?

I'm planning to perform the migration using Java libraries.

Hi Leo.  We were faced with this problem a few years ago and we were able to contract with CA Professional Services to do this for us.  If you give them a call, they can tell you how much it would cost.  The benefit of having them do it was Less Stress for the Subscription Admin (me) . They did a perfect job.
