Dates and times displayed in the Web UI.

Hello,

 

If I read correctly the threads the timezones are controlled only at the workspace level, but the times should be displayed in the user's system current timezone.

 

This is based on https://communities.ca.com/docs/DOC-231170558

 

My issue is that all the times are shown in MST while I'm in CST. I see this in the list of defects, Creation Date, or in Discussions.

 

Anything that I can tweak from the end user's perspective to show in my system timezone? Or system time zone doesn't mean my local system time zone?

Thank you for posting this question.

The community article you referenced was from 2015. In 2016 the decision was made to make the dates and times in the product be based on the workspace timezone setting. This decision was made to simplify the confusion regarding dates and times as previously there were 3 ways to configure the timezone.  You would be unable to modify this as the workspace timezone setting is set by a Subscription Administrator or a Workspace Administrator and would not be based on your local settings.
