I.E. Item enters cycle on Mon and exits on the following Monday. Is the cycle time going to show 5 days or 7 days? Need to know as we are trying to analyze teams in our organization's cycle time etc.

    Hello,

Charts and reports in Agile Central do not include Non-Workdays. See how you can setup the workdays for your workspace here: Customize Your Workspace | CA Agile Central Help

I hear what you are saying and read the help section on workdays in rally, however still have a question then. Seems the default is Mon-Fri in Rally Workspace.  yet in cycle time report it is counting all days including weekend days.  As an example here is a sampling of a report for Cycle time develop to accepted and the Cycle Start/End Values:

    9.081/8/2018 9:311/17/2018 11:19
    9.081/8/2018 9:311/17/2018 11:19
    9.991/8/2018 9:311/18/2018 9:10

Clearly still counting weekends for all items which makes the data useless.

I am a workspace administrator so did check our settings and they are confirmed to be set at Mon-Fri. So any help or recommendations as to why it's counting all days is greatly appreciated, Thanks!!!

I'm sorry, but it seems there was a misunderstanding about the report, that you are using.  Are you using the Community app "Cycle Time Report"? That report doesn't have the option to exclude non-workdays.

Apps from the Community have been carefully selected and reviewed by our engineering team. While these apps will now be much easier for customers to add to their custom pages, we will provided limited support for them and they are subject to beta terms.
