I am the Scrum Master for a team that owns systems after development is finished. The type of work we do is incident response, tier 3 production support, and enhancements for customers and to improve system performance.
We are currenlty using scrum, but as you can imagine it's not really working for incident reposnse and production support. I am interested in using a sort of scrumban with Scrum for enhancements and Kanban for the opetrational work.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I could do this in CA Agile Central (formerly Rally? Appreciate the help!
