    Hello,

    I created a message template that is launched when a WF task on ticket is on pending status. The template brings me the ticket number, the status and the analyst of the task.. it should also bring me the SLA of the task but it doesn't.


    What variable should i use to bring the SLA of the wf task?

    Hi Jason.
    if the task itself refers a Service Type give the following a try : @{support_lev.sym}

    Oh , I am sorry.
    What exactly is the context of your message template ?
    And where do you see the Service Type in the GUI, which you want to have in your notification?

    Hello,

    I created a message template and attach it a notification macro, the target is that when a task on a ticket is on a pending status the notification is send.

    I see the service type on the WF Task.
