  • 1.  SDM Change Order Approvals Via Email ?

    Hello,

    Can anyone confirm for me that Change Order approvals via email is not possible when using 'Classic Workflow'.

    It can only be achieved via CA Process Automation?

    I'm interested in the answer for SDM versions 12.9 & 17.2.0.1

    You can with classic workflow without PAM but it would require custom spel code.

    You can call server method with an url, @Legacy User already demonstrated it here : https://community.broadcom.com/enterprisesoftware/viewdocument/spel-register-custom-webengine-op?CommunityKey=e2cd3188-49bc-4f38-88f1-74260f56fa66&tab=librarydocuments

    Basically you will need send a notification with two links in it, approved and reject. Both will be specific URL that call custom webegine method that change a specific task status.
