    Hi everyone,

    I am working with CA Service Desk v17.2, and I need to activate the two-factor authentication.

    Does CA Service Desk have that feature?
    Is it possible to add the feature by integrating SDM with CA ADVANCED AUTHENTICATION or another Tool?

    Hi Marco

    Without trying it myself I would say that the SAML configuration and an integration to a SAML complient identity system,could probably the way forward,.
