    ​​​​Dear Members

    1.Is there admin guide to understand methods and parameters define in wsdl url?  http://hostname:8080/axis/services/USD_R11_WebService?WSDL

    2.integration via webservice, we can create tickets in sdm via external app , similarly, can we get response back from sdm to external app? FOr example, when ticket create from external app in sdm, so whenever there is any activity on sdm to update the status etc, will it be reflect on external app?

    3. We need to show tickets on our internal portal(via webservice) which are Opened and closed related to our group. Which method we need to call?

    pls advise.
