  • 1.  COntact Quick View Profile issue

    HI Team


    We  are have migrated to 17.2 sdm successfully. everything seems fine so far. but in COntact Quick View menu, the manu page is not showing as it should be. when we move the cursor then the it highlights other wise all menu in white. Please help what is the issue here

    This looks like a customized .htmpl form not being compatible with the new version - can you check by removing the customization ?

    Yes, i removed the customized file and it worked with default one.

    Keep in mind that after upgrading SDM, you need to review all customizations and merge customizations with the newly delivered OOTB forms.
