Hide Details is defaulted on a Request page

    Hello,

    After we upgraded service catalog to 17.1. when we open a submitted request, Hide details is defaulted. When we were on 12.9 Show details was defaulted so that when we open the request, we can see the request details without clicking anything.

    Any suggestions for making Show details default?

    Hello, 

    You need to change the value for Show Service Details on Request Pages option under Catalog tab > Configuration > Options > Request Management Configuration.
