Download Service Desk Attachment

    Hi,

    I need to send a notification with all attachments from the service desk ticket. I'm trying to use "http://xxxxxxxxxx:8050/caisd-rest/attmnt/707760/file-resource" REST method from PAM, but i get next error: 
    Field HttpHeaderFieldsValueMap of HTTPGetURLOperation threw Exception.. class java.lang.ClassCastException. com.optinuity.c2o.bean.C2OLong cannot be cast to com.optinuity.c2o.bean.C2OString

    From Postman or SOAP UI everything work well.

    If you know another way to get the physical attachment from service desk and put it in another part it will be awesome.
