Hello ... I want to trap data coming from a Service Catalog form (request) and store the values within an IT Process Automation dataset so that I can manipulate the data prior to sending it off to Service Desk to generate a change order. Could someone provide some knowledge on how I could do that?
In the courses I took from CA regarding "Service Catalog - Process Automation" and "Service Desk - Process Automation" integrations, this particular topic was not covered.
