Catalog 17.2 - Forms: Rows are misaligned

Hi All 

Happy New Year to everyone .. wishing you all the best for 2020 

I need some advice, please. I have an issue where the rows of a forms are not aligned correctly as shown below: 

I did find a Defect that is for 17.1 for misaligned columns but nothing about 17.2 and rows. 

DE41957 - Form Field Misalignment in column layout
Description: The fields when part of the column layout is overlapped in the request screen and not in the form designer. The display is overlapped between both the fields in case of the customer exported forms these are the 2 select boxes

Can someone please advise me what to check?

Hi Kaveek,

I see that screenshot appears to be the Service Point interface; does it happen in the Catalog UI (both when raising a request and in the Form Designer itself) as well? It may be customization in the filestore\custom folder not having been updated to reflect changes in a patch as well.
