    Hi Team,

    I have a customer having issues running a custom report. The report seems to constantly timeout.

    Jasper timeout
    We have already tried what is mentioned in the below KB articles, recycled the SDM and Jasperservices but the issue remains:

    Issue Description: When trying to edit a domain by clicking on the domain designer link, the domain designer failed to load. Insteaad, we get an exception: Unable to acquire conversation lock after 90 seconds. The server has encountered an error. Please excuse the inconvenience.

    We even restarted the JasperReports services and SDM services, but the problem persists

    Does anyone have some ideas on how to address this?

    Increasing the locktimeout value in WEB-INF/jasperserver-servlet.xml seems to have addressed the issue.
