CA SERVICE CATALOG error to attach a file with symbol € included in the filename

    Hi,

    We have an issue when we try to attach a file with the symbol € in the filename. There is not an error message but the file is not attached.

    The answer from Broadcom is that Service Catalog doesn't support UTF-16 characters.

    Do you have this a similar issue?.....Someone has implemented a workaround to solve it?
