arcpur_srvr starting rules outside of scheduled interval

​Hi,

We notice that arcpur_srvr is starting rules outside of the scheduled / workshift definition.

The workshift is this:
Mon - Fri {8:15 pm - 12:00 am 12:01 am - 5:00 am}
Sat - Sun {12:00 am - 12:00 am}

The rules have the recurrence interval "24:00:00".

And, rules are triggered like this:
RULE                              START                     END
NOTIFLOGPURGE        08/11/2019 09:06     08/11/2019 09:21
EVENTLOGPURGE       08/11/2019 08:45     08/11/2019 08:49
SESSIONLOGPURGE   08/11/2019 08:36     08/11/2019 08:39

What could be the issue?
