  • 1.  Catalog Requests not being opened in SDM 17.2.0.4

    Hi all,

    any idea why after upgrading SDM to latest patch 17.2.0.4 all request being opened from Service Catalog are in status Request Queued and NOT being opened in SDM?

    Was working before patching.

    Hi,
    I had the same issue, but in my case, the solution was simple. After the upgrade the PAM Server Service was down. After restarting PAM, the requests moved on.
