  • 1.  Add fields (htmpl) in ticket

    Hi,

    I need add two fields under Requested and User Final Affected in a request and other parts of change order but i need create two new htmpl with data like Categories.

    I need can add, inactive and modify data inside of these fields.




    I read other post about this but i cant understand. I know that i need create new tables in WSC, new fields in the actualy fields in Request but i dont have idea how to do this relation with this new tables and the new filds
