Patch Management Process Integration

I would like to be able to design the patch management process in an integral way. I am not looking for an integration with the diferent  patch consoles but they would be an input input of the information. The main idea is to develop the flow of the patch management process where the RFC is registered through a form and other forms to identify the different CIs that will be involved. I annex the idea of ​​the flow hoping that they help me to develop the idea of ​​the forms, workflow and logic that it entails.
