    Hello,

    I have a rule created for my mailbox which is creating the ticket via email, but when it's created, the ticket goes to the wrong group. How can I configure it to have a predetermined group?

    Hi Michael,


    You can use the Text API Defaults setting/field on the Mailbox Rule to default the group
