Hello wonderful people all around the world.
Good day and trust work is going on cool.
We have sdm 17.1 running in AA mode our environment and we moved one of the application server to DMZ to enable mobility feature.
We discovered that after we moved the server to dmz and reconfigure the application, we could not log in to sdm url again, it keeps throwing up error when we use OS Authentication, but once we choose "Open Access" we could log in to sdm url locally on the server.
We escalated this issue to CA support and we asked to open number of ports bidirectionally from all application to dmz server vice-versa which we had done but issue persist.
Please we need help from everyone on how we could move past this stage, though we are still having issue loggin in to the mobily url as well locally but we want to face this issue one after the other and we believe we can get help from here.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Amosu....
