  • 1.  How to change the change risk survey

    Hi,
    I'm using CA Service Desk Manager 17.1. After a change risk assessment survey is submited, you cannot modify it.

    Do you know if SDM has some setting to allow its modification?

    It is not possible to change a submitted Risk Survey.
