SMTP RCPT command failed Error (504) - Mail Queue

Hi Team,

We have CA SDM 12.9 in our environment.. Recently we are facing issue mail queue problem in CA SDM and mail delivery getting delayed.

In stdlog we found "hunny_mail_intf.c 2042 ThrdLogger Sess:4270:1 SMTP RCPT command failed Error (504)" error. Can anyone suggest on this.. We use zimbra SMTP

Try the following steps:

1. Stop SDM services

2. Temporarily move the files in the mail_queue folder to another folder.

3. Increase the NX_EMAIL_RETRY_INTERVAL and NX_MAIL_MAX_THREADS values in the NX.env file

4. Restart the SDM services

Otherwise, this version (CA SDM 12.9) of SDM is no longer supported and you will most probably need to upgrade to latest version
